This policy explains what personal data Tártaro Films processes through this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We process the data you voluntarily provide through this site's contact form: name, email, the profile you select (buyer, filmmaker/production company, festival, or other), and the content of your message. We also process any data you send us if you write to us directly by email or through our social media (Instagram, LinkedIn).

The contact form includes a hidden anti-spam ("honeypot") field that you don't see and shouldn't fill in; it's only used to detect automated submissions and doesn't collect any additional personal data.

We use the data you provide exclusively to respond to your query, business proposal, or request (for example, about buying or distributing a title, festivals, or collaborations).

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you voluntarily write to us and provide your contact details.

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your query and, where applicable, for as long as any resulting business or professional relationship continues.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We do not carry out international data transfers.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to omar@tartarofilms.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations.

This site uses GoatCounter as its web analytics tool. GoatCounter doesn't use cookies, doesn't build user profiles, and doesn't share or sell data to third parties; it only records aggregated, anonymous visits (page views, approximate country, and referral source) so we know which content works best. Because of its non-personal, non-tracking nature, its use doesn't require your prior consent via a cookie banner.

Fonts are served from our own server (not from Google Fonts or any other external provider), so no visit information is shared with third parties for that reason either.

The contact form is handled by our hosting provider (Netlify) solely to deliver your message to us; it is not used for advertising purposes.
